The fact that conduct may be legal in one jurisdiction does not require uChat to permit it in another jurisdiction or across the platform generally. Do not use Organizer Activities, Opportunities, Fundraisers or payment tools to disguise exploitative arrangements. Do not use uChat to: Documentary, journalistic, educational or condemnatory material may be reviewed according to context. Do not use uChat to facilitate unlawful weapons transactions or violent wrongdoing. Prohibited activity may include: Historical, educational, sporting and safety-related discussion may be evaluated according to context and applicable law. Do not use uChat to sell, distribute, manufacture or traffic unlawful controlled substances. Do not use uChat to: Medical, recovery, policy and educational discussion may be permitted. Do not use uChat to defraud, deceive or exploit another person. Prohibited schemes include: Do not use uChat to facilitate: uChat may preserve records, restrict transactions or cooperate with payment providers and lawful authorities. Do not misuse payment, payout, purchase, donation, rental or revenue functions. Prohibited conduct includes: Do not submit or encourage a payment dispute that you know is materially false. A genuine disagreement, unauthorized transaction or good-faith consumer complaint is not prohibited merely because a dispute is unsuccessful. Organizers must not threaten or retaliate against a purchaser for exercising lawful payment rights. People should report credible violations using available reporting or support channels. Reports should be truthful and made in good faith. Knowingly false or coordinated abusive reports may themselves violate this Policy or the Community Standards. uChat may investigate potential misuse using relevant information such as: Access should be limited to legitimate operational, security, safety or legal purposes. While investigating suspected misuse, uChat may take temporary measures such as: Temporary action is not necessarily a final finding.
